Return & Shipping Policy
Here at Mae Lah, we understand that finding the perfect fitting item during pregnancy can be challenging. That is why we opened our physical store - in hopes of giving expectant mothers a chance to try everything on.
However, we do know that not every item will be just as you imagined, and as such, we have a return policy set up in place for those who may need to return or exchange.
The customer has 7 days, from the date of purchase in store or from the date of arrival of the items purchased online, to return to the store for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
After 7 days the items will not be taken back by the store. All items must be in new, original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached.
Final Sale Items Include: Sale Items, discounted items, undergarments & support wear such as Spanx, Blanqi, etc. All swimwear, jewelry, shoes, baby clothing & Mom gear such as FridaMom.
Items are shipped within 1-2 days of order, pending inventory & time of day ordered. If the item is sold out or has an issue we will reach out to the information on the order form within 1-2 days. Shipping will not be refunded & it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping as well.
Once the order has left our facility, any delays or damages should be handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for the loss of packages once shipped out.
